Penis Stretching Exercise

Penis stretching exercises are a penis enlargement method that is quickly gaining popularity. Below you will find a few of these exercises to get you started on your very own penis enlargement regime.

 

 

Power stretch

This penile lengthening exercise is to be performed while the penis is in a flaccid state, after performing your choice of warm-up.

1. Taking only the head of your penis in your hand, stretch your penis directly out in front of you, holding this position for 4 to 5 seconds.

 

2. While remaining in this stretched position, take your penis firmly in your other hand and pull your penis to the right, until you feel a pressure on the left side of your penis. Hold for 4 to 5 seconds.

 

3. Repeat step 2 pulling your penis to the left, up towards your navel, and then straight down. Hold each stretch for four to five seconds respectively.

 

4. Repeat the entire process 15 times, total estimated time being 5 minutes.

Tips:


• If your penis is uncircumcised, pull the foreskin back while performing this penis exercise to avoid hindering the growth process… you want to be stretching your penis not its foreskin.

 

• For optimum results make sure you feel a deep stretch, reducing it if any pain is felt


V stretch

1. Using your left hand, create an overhand okay grip and hold the head of your penis.


2. Slowly extend your penis to a full forward stretch and hold it for 5 seconds.


3. Using the broadest part of your right thumb, apply a firm pressure at the base of your penis.


4. Keeping the pressure constant throughout the duration of the enlargement exercise, move your thumb from the base of your penis to the glans. The duration of the stroke should be ten seconds.


5. Without ever lifting your thumb from your penis, bring your thumb back to the base as described in step 4.


6. Continue this back and forth stroke for 5 minutes.

Tips:


• Make sure that your okay grip completely encircles the head of your penis to properly constrict the blood.


• If you feel that lubrication is necessary, apply it to your THUMB and not your penis. A lubricated penis during this exercise may prevent you from maintaining proper grip.


• If despite all precautionary measures tour grip starts to fail, carefully release tension and reapply.


• Should you feel pain in the head of your penis at any point during the stretch from excessive pressure, slowly loosen your grip and gently squeeze the head of your penis using the thumb and index of your right hand, then carefully tighten your grip, being sure not to apply excessive pressure. If pain should return release the stretch and give your penis a day of rest before resuming your penis exercise regimen.

 

Circular Stretch

1. Grasp the head of your penis with whichever hand you find comfortable and pull your penis directly out in front of you, holding for 4-5 seconds.


2. Taking your penis firmly in your other hand stretch it up towards your navel. Hold an additional 4-5 seconds.


3. Slowly rotate your penis one full circle clockwise, followed by a full circle counter-clockwise.


4. Repeat steps 1-3 15 times, slapping your penis against your thigh and/or massaging it to restore circulation between reps.



Note: This is a more advanced variation of the power stretch. If you are a beginner, we suggest beginning with the basic stretching technique, moving into this technique as you gain more experience and your penis has gotten accustomed to the stretching process.

Tips:

Sit Down Stretch

1. Standing up, massage your penis until it reaches 30-40% erection.


2. Take your penis and stretch it as far as you can under your backside.


3. Now slowly sit down on the penis which should result in your penis being stretched as you sit down.

Tips:


• While this exercise can be performed as long as you wish, we do not suggest going over a 20 minute time limit.


• This technique can serve as a relaxing penis exercise and may be performed at the end of any workout session
